As a result, hackers allegedly gained access to sensitive identifying information and personal health data.
90 Degree Benefits is a health benefits company that serves 525,000 members across the country.
90 Degree Benefits hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to a $990,000 settlement to resolve the data breach class action lawsuit.
