In reference to the above article on Accordia Life Insurance Class Action Lawsuits. I have or had a policy since the early ninety’s. My question is aren’t they responsible for not notifying their policy holders when they make poor decisions. Also did they loose their license to sell insurance or did they just have to change thier name. All I know is they’re still are cashing my policy payments every quarter. If you can offer any more guidance it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
