I mess up my money all the time. Now I can actually save and invest without having to think about it. Acorns is the best financial decision I ever made!
On the app it says, “Invite 12 friends to Acorns this month and we’ll invest $1,000 in your future if they start investing in August!” So, you invite 12 people and they have to invest $5 in their account and keep their account active until September.
Here’s an additional tip: If you sign up with a “.edu” email address, you waiver Acorn’s fee for 4 years. No catch.
I don’t understand what they mean when they say “$1,000 bonus to share with your referrals.” Does that mean $1,000 will be divided between my 12 referrals and me? Each getting around $78? Somebody please explain this crucial detail.
Did you receive any additional info on this promo from your call?
I was reading a article on another site which was explaining this same referral bonus but it seemed very vague. I believe there is a minimum amount you have to deposit but it doesn’t specify how much exactly. I will be calling them to receive more information on the promotion but it some ways it sounds to good to be true.
I too am very curious about how this promotion works as well. I’ve read the fine print that the promotional page provides and idk it seems legit I’m just wondering why acorns doesn’t give a step by step guide to their promotions like other websites like these offer.
How much investment are we talking about if i put investment by the end of march? if i sign up now and put $20 is that automatically my investment? or i have to put another money to end to the month to validate that? is there any other catch on this? or just simply promotional offer for $100k with 5 referrals?
