- Who’s Eligible: Class Members include those who leased a motor vehicle pursuant to a SmartLease Agreement that was assigned to Ally Financial Inc., then purchased the vehicle under the terms of the lease between June 4, 2009 and June 18, 2018 and were assessed a “Documentary” or “Dealer” fee.

- Proof of Purchase: Need to submit a postcard State Farm will send. In response, the insurer will send a Contents Inventory Summary (CIS) where Class Members can document the claim they want to be reconsidered.
