How to Earn Bonus
HOW TO EARN THE BONUSFINE PRINT
- Open a new Amerant Value Checking account, which is subject to approval;
- Fully fund the account within seven business days; and
- To earn a $300 bonus, you must maintain an average balance of $10,000 for three consecutive statement cycles.
- To earn a $600 bonus, you must maintain an average balance of $25,000 for three consecutive statement cycles.
- Receive at least $500 in qualifying direct deposits within the first 90 days.
- Once all requirements are met, the bonus will be credited to the enrolled Amerant Value Checking account within 45 days.
- Offer valid from 02/24/2025 to 05/25/2025, at Amerant Bank Banking Centers for new Amerant Value Checking Accounts. Existing customers and those who closed an Amerant account within the last six statement cycles or with a negative balance within the past three years are not eligible. Limit one bonus per customer. Customers are not eligible for another Amerant checking account promotional bonus if they have received one in the past two years. To qualify, you must:
- Open a new Amerant Value Checking account, which is subject to approval;
- Fully fund the account within seven business days; and
- Receive at least $500 in qualifying direct deposits within the first 90 days. Direct deposits must be from payroll, pension or government benefits. Person-to-person transfers (such as Zelle®), bank transfers, mobile deposits, and micro-deposits do not qualify.
- To earn a $300 bonus, you must maintain an average balance of $10,000 for three consecutive statement cycles. To earn a $600 bonus, you must maintain an average balance of $25,000 for three consecutive statement cycles. Once all requirements are met, the bonus will be credited to the enrolled Amerant Value Checking account within 45 days. The account must remain open and unrestricted at the time of payout. The bonus is considered interest income and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or Form 1042-S, if applicable). - Get Rewarded
- Once your friends register for the referral offer using your personal referral link and complete one or more of the offers listed below, you will each receive a Visa® Reward Card. The more friends you refer, the more you can earn – up to $1,500 per calendar year
- To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and submit a valid email address for both the Referrer and each Referred Person. A Referrer may receive up to thirty (30) Reward Cards ($1500 value) within a calendar year. Only one Referrer may receive a Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements (the first Referrer that enters information for a Referred Person will be the eligible Referrer). The Referred Person may only receive one Reward Card per referral offer for opening an account and completing the requirements but may also be eligible as a Referrer.
