Arrive Outdoors Equipment & Apparel
Arrive partners with premium outdoor brands such as Marmot and Deuter, and offers their merchandise for rent. They have a wide selection of camping necessities! The most popular rental is the Camping Set for Two, which comes with a tent, two sleeping bags and pads, headlamps, a lantern, cooler, stove and pot, and some chairs.
Order what you need and it’ll be delivered straight to you. At the end of your trip, ship it back free using the provided return label. Arrive recommends ordering your gear a week in advance, and they’ll deliver it to you by 8pm the evening before your first rental day.
Each returned item goes through their quality assurance process and is cleaned before the next rental. The products that don’t meet their high standards gets donated.
Arrive Outdoors Pricing
Depending on the season, the number of rental days and gear popularity, prices may vary. Smaller items can be rented for just $1 per day. However, full sets can cost about $80 per day during popular seasons. On average, the cost for a weekend is about 10% of the retail price of the gear.
Arrive Outdoors COVID-19 Policies
To make help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Arrive has applied new policies:
- Gear and apparel are cleaned thoroughly and treated with CDC-recommended solutions.
- All apparel is washed with a commercial launder system and treated with laundry additives to fight viruses and bacteria.
- All staff who handle gear or shipments are required to wear disposable gloves at all times and use sanitizer frequently.
- All product surfaces are cleaned with CDC-recommended disinfectants.
