ok to start with all of your codes are way out of date and are not used anylonger. As well with the 200 min and all of that other stuff they only way that you can get those min. is if your FAN specifies that you do and if it dose not then the rep is suppose to tell you that you need to check back in with your HR dpt. the reason i know this is because i use to work for at&t as a CSR and that the bonus min idea is not working anymore and also they are actuly starting to trans. ppl to the fraud dpt as well for this.
