Audibles, a subsidiary of Amazon, is still taking membership off of one of my credit cards. This is after canceling twice on line, making many phone calls since last August 2018, and after promises that they will send a check to reimburse me. I then found out that as an Amazon Prime member I should have had a free membership. Audibles even promised to send me a check to reimburse me. However, I have received no check. And Audibles is continuing to deduct membership. I AM CALLING AMAZON CORPORATE OFFICES TOMORROW. Do not take out an Audibles membership.
I have charges on my card that I had purchased this information and it was never received. It has been 14 months without any knowledge of me receiving this information. I finally cancelled this in May 2019.
