In early November, Barclaycard US announced that it will offer cardmembers complimentary FICO scores on the Barclaycard Ring, Barclaycard Arrival, Barclaycard Rewards, Juniper, Frontier and Carnival. To start receiving the free FICO credit score, Barclaycard members simply need to log into their accounts and accept the terms. This is extremely beneficial news to those cardholders, considering the fact that the only way to get a free FICO credit score was to sign up for a free trial at Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or FICO, and then canceling your membership before the trial period ends to avoid paying. Your credit score affects whether you get loans, credit cards, apartment rentals and even certain jobs, so this is an excellent opportunity to figure out where you stand financially.
