How to Log In from a Computer

You can access and log into your BECU account on a computer by:

Go to the BECU online banking page.
Enter your user ID and password.
Click the “Login” button.

First, you have to sign up for an account to get your user ID and password. Then you’ll receive your account number and you will use it to gain online access.

How To Enroll in Online Banking

If your still need to sign up for an account, you must follow these steps:

Go to the BECU online banking enrollment page.
Click the “Enroll” button.
Enter your 10-digit Member Share account number.
Enter your last name exactly as it appears on your account.
Enter your date of birth.

Log In From a Mobile Phone or Tablet

You can access your BECU account through the app for your iPhone, Android, or tablet devices. Easily access your account with your user ID and password, just as if you were logging in to the BECU website.

How to Recover Forgotten Username or Password

If you forgot your user ID, follow these steps to retrieve it:

Navigate to the Retrieve Your User ID page.
Enter your email address and date of birth.
Click the “Continue” button.

If you forgot your password, you can do the following to access them:

Navigate to the Reset Your Password page.
Provide your user ID and 10-digit phone number.
Click the “Continue” button.

How To View Your BECU Statement Information

To sign up for automatic eStatements, follow these steps:

Log in to online banking with your user ID and password.
Go to the Account Summary page.
At the top of the page, click “Enroll” for checking, savings, CD and loan accounts.
For Visa accounts, scroll down to the credit card section and select “Enroll.”

To access your eStatement:

Log in to online banking with your user ID and password.
Go to the Account Summary page.
For checking, savings, CD and loan statements, select the “View eStatements” link at the top of the page.
For Visa eStatements, scroll to the credit card section, then click “View.”
