Bilt Announces Southwest Airlines As New Partner: Transfer Points at 1:1 Ratio

Bilt and Southwest Airlines has partnered! You can now earn points on rent and transfer to Southwest Rapid Rewards. Pay rent, earn Bilt points, then transfer them 1:1 to Rapid Rewards points. Redeem points for a flight to any of Southwest Airlines’ +100 destinations, including Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Hawaii.

• Bilt® x Southwest® Terms and Conditions:
• To convert Bilt Points into Rapid Rewards® points, you must be at least 18 years old and be a Rapid Rewards Member, and a Bilt Rewards account holder. You must link your Bilt Rewards account to a Rapid Rewards account to convert Bilt Points into Rapid Rewards points.
• To link a Bilt Rewards account to a Rapid Rewards account, you must create a Bilt Rewards account and link the accounts within the Bilt Rewards app or website.
• Only one Bilt Rewards account can be linked to one Rapid Rewards account at any given time. If you no longer wish to participate in this program, you may unlink your accounts at any time using the Bilt Rewards app. The names of the Bilt Rewards account holder and the Rapid Rewards account holder must match. Bilt Points cannot be transferred to the account of another Rapid Rewards Member.
• The minimum number of Bilt Points that you can convert into Rapid Rewards points is 1,000. Bilt Members with Blue Status must convert a minimum of 2,000 Bilt Points to Rapid Rewards points. Conversions cannot be canceled or reversed once received. Rapid Rewards points can only be awarded to the Rapid Rewards account that the Bilt Rewards account has been linked to. Upon conversion, Rapid Rewards points will be credited to your Rapid Rewards account within 72 hours.
• Once the points appear in your Rapid Rewards account, the Rapid Rewards Terms and Conditions apply. Rapid Rewards points are issued by and redeemed with Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”) in accordance with the Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations. For full details please visit Southwest.com/rrterms. Bilt Points are issued by and redeemed with Bilt Technologies, Inc. • Southwest reserves the right to adjust or revoke any Rapid Rewards points and close any Rapid Rewards account that Southwest believes is in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the Rapid Rewards Rules and Regulations.
• Rapid Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and Rapid Reward Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points. Bilt transfer points will not count towards Companion Pass ® or Tier Qualification.
• Southwest is not liable for any loss or damage related to the operation of Bilt Rewards, linking your account through the Bilt Rewards app, the process of converting your Bilt Points to Rapid Rewards points, or any redemptions made through Bilt Rewards.
• For missing Bilt Points, please contact Bilt Rewards.
• Southwest and Bilt Rewards reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions.
• Any personal information you supply may be used by Southwest in accordance with its Privacy Policy, by Bilt Rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• When linking your accounts your personal data may be shared between Southwest and Bilt Rewards to facilitate the transfer of Rapid Rewards points and/or Bilt Points, and for marketing and analytical purposes, subject to the companies’ privacy policies and applicable law.
