Leasing
Buildium can be used to list your rental property, with crowdfunding to Zillow, Trulia, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Apartments.com. The platform will also take applications and screen tenants. This will pull their credit, criminal, and eviction histories. They even coordinate eLeases, so everything is completed online.
Operations
