Estimated Amount: Free credit monitoring service for two years and up to $3,000 in expense reimbursement:
- Those who incurred out-of-pocket expenses, but did not experience identity theft, can claim up to $250.
- Those who incurred out-of-pocket expenses and experienced identity theft can claim up to $3,000.
Proof of Purchase: Class Members claiming out-of-pocket expenses must provide documentation of those expenses.
