Good news! Citi has added “Leading Hotels of the World” as a transfer partner for ThankYou Points. You need either the Citi Premier or Citi Prestige to transfer Thank You points to Leaders Club at a rate of 1,000 Citi points to 200 Leaders Club points.

Even though the transfer ratio is only 5:1, you pretty much end up with around 1.6 cents per ThankYou point.
