Acuity, formerly known as Comprehensive Health Services, agreed to a class action lawsuit settlement to resolve claims surrounding a 2022 data breach.
According to the data breach class action lawsuit, Acuity failed to protect consumer information from unauthorized access. As a result, 106,910 individuals allegedly had their personal identifying information stolen by hackers.
Acuity, which operates under the name Comprehensive Health Services, is a global solutions company that provides medical management support.
Comprehensive Health Services hasn’t admitted any wrongdoing but agreed to pay an undisclosed sum to resolve the data breach class action lawsuit.

- $500 for ordinary expenses and $3,500 for identity theft-related expenses
