The 5% cash rebate is available on gas purchases at stand-alone gas stations from July 1st through September 30, 2013. I highly recommend my readers to apply for the Discover it® Card mainly for 5% cash back from such coveted category as Gas purchases. The 5% rebate earnings are cap at $1,500 in purchases, hence that’s a maximum of $75 in Cashback Bonus rewards. They will add your cashback bonus within 2 billing periods.
