We drove my husband and I 6.5 hours to Dandridge TN and used this website to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. WORSE MISTAKE EVER!! They charged us for a King when we received only two Queens, and because you all refuse to refund the difference or get us at another place. All of a sudden they came an “available room”. The room in this hotel, STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN of Ciggeretts!!!!! Not to mention the knobs on the heating/ac does not work right. Can someone refund our money or give us another place to stay for the rest of our stay? I am getting sick from the smell!!!!!!!! Save your money people and go through another outlet. I made a hotel reservation through Ebates on November 14, received a confirmation that day and again on December 22 only to receive an email two days prior to leaving for our vacation that the the reservation was CANCELLED due to overbooking. This is completely unacceptable! I planned and purchased event tickets based around staying at Stone Mountain Inn over New Year’s and now I am scrambling to rearrange my family vacation. What a sham!
