When was Ebay bucks 5-8%??? Its been 1% for ages and is now discontinued………Thanks Ebay!!! 🙂
They had 8% rebate a day ago and i noticed that i got less then the 8% Ebay cash back it was around 5%. I wonder why i did not have shipping or sales tax to make the amount lower.
I collected $500 ebay bucks which they say is the maximum. I had other purchases where I did not earn any of the bucks I would have normally.
I then returned an item and my balance came down to $452. I called and asked some woman in the Philipines to give me the bucks I lost.
She was reeking with resentment and told me you already have $452! You could tell I was up against someone who did not want to help.
She promised to call me back – never did. I asked for a supervisor she did not put me on to one saying they were busy. I wish ebay would have a survey after each of these calls and monitor the people to who they have outsourced their jobs.
The ebay system in giving your bucks is also messy. The system breaks up your invoices and though you are told in the promotion that it applies on the date you paid, they break up the invoice and take it on the date of purchase. Spending time on the phone to talk to their reps in the Philipines is a waste of time.
I decided I will not be jumping on the ebay bucks promotions again.
