- Who’s Eligible: Class Members of the eBay settlement include all eBay sellers in the United States who paid listing fees to place a “Buy It Now” listing on eBay’s websites during the period from July 30, 2008 and Sept. 10, 2015, and whose item was subsequently de-listed when the “Buy It Now” button was selected by a prospective buyer before the end of the designated listing period, and who were not ultimately paid by the prospective buyer, and whose listing fees were not refunded by eBay.

Why is this Company Allowed to rip of consumers? eBay has made it Mandatory for sellers and buyers in the UK to have a PayPal Account, PayPal can then treat consumers with Contempt ,treat the Courts with Contempt, eBay will still make you use PayPal, it makes eBay a lot of money. I have suffered years of Distress, serious Allegations by PayPal against my Good Name. PayPal have refused to comply with The Money Laundering Regulations, The payment Regulations, The Equity Regulations, Their own User Agreement. I am in a County Court claim against PayPal for Breach of Contract. PayPal know they can Treat consumers and the UK Courts with Contempt, because eBay with Protect their Illegal Actions.
