Class Eligibility: Customers who purchased or leased a Ford with a vehicle with a 6.0 liter PowerStroke diesel engine between 2003 – 2007, where the vehicle received repairs on any of the following parts after the warranty (but before the earlier of six years and 135,000 miles):

- EGR valve
- EGR cooler
