Proof of Purchase: Class Members do not have to provide a copy of their parking receipt in order to be eligible to participate in the FACTA settlement, but they must provide the date they parked at the Fort Lauderdale airport, the location where they parked, and certain cardholder information related to the card used to pay for parking.
