If you have an Arkansas GEICO policy and you have received medical treatment as a result of an automobile accident, you may be eligible for a cash reimbursement from the GEICO Auto Insurance Class Action Lawsuit. This settlement resolves a lawsuit accusing GEICO of receiving reimbursement from a third party without first obtaining a judicial determination or an agreement with car accident victims that they were “made whole” by their settlement. According to the class action lawsuit, the insurance company should not have received third party payments, without a “made whole” statement from the insured customer. GEICO denies any liability but they have agreed to settle the matter outside of court.
