- Who’s Eligible: All persons who purchased a water service line, internal plumbing, septic, heating, or electric service contract offered by United Water New Jersey Inc. or HomeServe from Nov. 23, 2004 through Jan. 31, 2014 in order to provide coverage for a multi-unit dwelling in New Jersey, and where such service contract provided that multi-unit dwellings were not eligible for service and for which the purchaser did not receive service or a refund.
- Estimated Amount: Varies. Class Members will receive a portion of the $3 million HomeServe class action settlement fund based on the number of valid Claim Forms filed.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide information about the service plans purchased. Failure to include documentation of your service plan may delay verification of your claim.

We have been a member since back in 2019 every year in a row since then they have either relocated and lost our contracts so they say yet they’re still drafting from our account total Services about between 65 and 85 dollars a month then when we start to use them they can’t find our contract and we have to start it over and then we have to wait a month they’re drafting money preacher contract really frustrating this happens once a year at least and we have to start it all over I have been taking notes I have a every time we’ve had to wait another month it’s like we’re throwing the money away we seek reimbursement a good 4 years it’s a lot of money a lot of money figure 11,000 a year or more times 5 years going on 5 years hello I have records bank statements thank you Russell Anderson
Can anyone tell me what law firm/pro bono is willing to help me with a law suit against HomeServe. Since Aug 2019 I have been waiting fort them to fix my plumbing problem.
