I agree 100%!! I tried making a deposit as a line formed behind me. I could see nowhere to put any money. No instructions either. I tried several places to insert my cash to no avail as my money almost got blown out of my hands by the wind! Do you add one bill at a time or stacked? No instructions as I said. As driver’s frustration grew behind me I gave up and left! Never got to deposit my cash. Called them the next day and the teller agreed and told me many complained so far. I’m online looking for a demo video. No luck! This sux!
These new ATMs totally SUCK! They should default to just giving out $20 bills for an even withdrawal. The ATM I just used is totally exposed, with the user’s back to a busy road. I was not prepared for a transaction that would be more complex than inserting my card, entering the withdrawal amount, and taking my cash, and making my escape. I’m totally upset with this experience. I’m NOT in favor of this new “technology.”
