- Who’s Eligible: Anyone who “owned a Class Printer during the period from March 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017.”
- Estimated Amount: $100 to $150, though payments will vary based on the number of valid claims and actual out-of-pocket expenses.
- Proof of Purchase: Printer model, the month and year of the printer interruption, and the brand of non-HP printer ink used. Documentation of expenses related to the printer interruption is not required; however, Class Members who provide documentation will be paid out of the settlement fund before non-documented claims.
