Service
When we first arrived at the hotel, the porters and valets were supper friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was long and complicated because it seems that the front desk was understaffed. Instead of recommending nearby attractions for our enjoyment when we ask, the concierge simply just handed us a map.
Even though the interaction with the staff was awkward, the doorman was always helpful and he offered assistance when we exited the hotel and suggested amazing restaurants nearby for us to try.
