- Who’s Eligible: Class Members include all individuals who are iYogi subscribers or former subscribers in the United States to whom iYogi or any agent or affiliate of iYogi made or attempted to make outbound calls (including, but not limited to, subscription renewal calls) to a telephone number assigned to a cellular telephone service from Sept. 23, 2009 until Nov. 18, 2013.
