How JOKR Works

With JOKR, you can order groceries, essentials and more, and have them delivered to your doorstep within 15 minutes. Sounds like a lot of other delivery apps, so what makes JOKR better?

The platform specifically focuses on hyper-local products, purchasing from suppliers directly. By cutting out the middleman, JOKR is able to bring down the cost of the products they offer. You can even purchase items from a deli, convenience store and pharmacy. There is no minimum order requirement and no delivery fee.

JOKR uses a network of micro-fulfillment centers strategically situated in dense areas, usually retail spaces which have been abandoned due to the pandemic. In New York City alone, they have 10 hubs to fulfill orders.

The retailer also uses data to predict what customers will want and when. These algorithms helps JOKR with inventory and forecasts when they might need to rotate products to fulfill upcoming orders, getting them out the door and delivered as quickly as possible.
