Have you ever purchased any Kashi food products labeled as “all natural,” “100% natural,” or “nothing artificial”? If you bought Kashi products between 5/3/2008 and 9/4/2015, then you may be entitled to over $27.50 from the Kashi All Natural Food Class Action Lawsuit. The class action lawsuit claims that certain Kashi products were not “all natural” as their labels claimed but rather contained ingredients that were genetically modified organisms (GMOs). As a result, Kashi has agreed to a $4 million settlement fund for class members that fill out a timely claim form. If you do not have proof of purchase for these products, you can receive up to $27.50 when you file a claim. Customers that do have proof of purchase have no limit on their settlement award.
