You missed a very important point: there’s a $25 enrollment fee when you sign up. So the $25 registration reward is simply refunding your enrollment fee once you purchase a meal. The enrollment fee is waived if you don’t live near one of their restaurants, but in that case they don’t give you the registration reward.
