MIRROR uses Reflective Technology, advanced camera technology, and machine learning to deliver real-time feedback based on your goals, track your progress over time, and adjust workout intensity as you improve.
You can choose up to 50 genres, like boxing, yoga, dance, kettlebell, strength training, Pilates, postnatal, and more, along with a wide range of difficulty and time. There are thousands of on-demand classes, as well as 70 live classes weekly. You can also book one-on-one, live, half-hour sessions for an additional $40 per class.

MIRROR also offers a free home trial. The company will refund the cost of the physical device, your first subscription payment, delivery costs, and any taxes, if you make the return within 30 days.
