According to the lawsuit, the New York Department of Correction facilities would perform invasive searches on visitors by more than accidentally or incidentally touch or expose their breasts, buttocks, or genitals. Additionally, females were allegedly asked to expose, remove, or display their feminine hygiene products.

- Estimated Amount: Cash payments of about $4,000
- Those caught with contraband during one of these invasive searches will only receive $500, unless during another visit they were not arrested
- For each payment of $500, another $500 will be re-distributed to those eligible for $4,000 payments

They sent another form for you to explain exactly what happen to you….. thirty days to respond…. because just being padded down did not count….. that was 90 days ago….. if you didnt get one….. your story didnt fly…..

I was with my son and they deep search me in front of him. I wished I got a letter before this started I would have been at every trial. That gay female touched me and I was pist off no mercy my son was a kid and I was naked in front of him exept my panties. Where’s this money? I haven’t gotten no checks yet.
