One of the major things that the Park Hyatt New York Hotel excels at is personalized service. The hotel staff greeted us upon our arrival and checked us in using their tablet. From there, they showed us to our rooms where we passed the front desk that was on the third floor. This quick and smooth experience really set the mood for the rest of our day. Service was excellent everywhere in the hotel. Even the doorman stopped me just to ask if he could fix my hat. Although I had high expectations for this hotel, it was this small gesture that really exceeded my expectations.
