If you shop at Old Navy often, it might be a good idea to get an Old Navy Credit Card. There are two types of credit cards through Synchrony Bank that are both eligible for Old Navy Rewards: the Old Navy Visa credit card and the Old Navy credit card. The Old Navy Via credit card can be used anywhere that accepts Visa, while the Old Navy credit card is only accepted at Gap stores.

Old Navy credit card payments can be made online, via mail, or on the phone.
Make a Payment Online
In order to make a payment, you can log into your Old Navy credit card account either online or via the app with the Old Navy bill pay portal. Once you sign in to your account, click on “Make a Payment” from the “Payments” menu.
You will need to have your bank account number and the ABA routing number on hand to pay your bill. Not only can you pay bills online, you can also check account balance, add an authorized user, or sign up for paperless statements.
Make a Payment by Mail
Old Navy accepts regular and overnight payments by mail. In order to make a payment, fill out a check or money order for at least the minimum amount that is due. Be sure to include your Old Navy account number in the memo section on the check or money order so they know where to credit the funds. Make a Payment by Phone
Call 866-450-5294 to make a payment over the phone for free using a checking account and the automated system. In order to complete the payment, be sure to have:
- Your Old Navy account number
- Your bank account number
- Your ABA routing number
What To Do If Your Old Navy Credit Card Payment Is Late
Any of the Old Navy bill pay options stated above can be used to make late payments. Your payment due date is at least 23 days after the end of each billing cycle. If you would like to avoid incurring late fees, be sure to have the minimum payment in before 5 p.m. EST on the due date included in your statement. Any payments made after 5 p.m. are not credited until the next day.
If you make a late credit card payment, you will have to pay a fee of $27 if you have not had any late payments within the previous six billing cycles. A late fee of $37 will be applied if you have had a late payment within the past six billing cycles. However, the late fee will never exceed your minimum payment that was due.
