Philips AirFloss Class Action Settlement

You can file a claim with the Philips AirFloss Class Action Lawsuit if you are a Californian that was led to believe that their products could replace traditional flossing.

The Philips AirFloss Settlement is only open to Californians who purchased a new AirFloss between January 1, 2011 and June 24, 2013. To submit an eligible claim you will need to print/fill out a claim form and mail it in. There is no online claim form available and proof of purchase is not required. Keep in mind that you won’t need proof of purchase but you will receive more vouchers if you include them. This settlement guarantees you at least a $7 voucher for a filed claim and a voucher worth up to $33 if you include two or more proofs of payment. Make sure you get this done by January 20th, 2014!

This class action settlement is only available to residents of California.

Class Eligibility: California residents who purchased a Philips Sonicare AirFloss in California between 1/1/11 and 6/24/13.

Estimated Amount: The settlement provides vouchers that can be used to purchase Philips products (audio/video, shaving/grooming, Sonicare dental products, Philips accessories).
