- Who’s Eligible: All persons purchased a ticket to an event at Rams Head between March 14, 2011 and March 14, 2013 where Rams Head or its agent collected fees in excess of the regular or established price of the ticket.
- Estimated Amount: $5 per ticket, if Class Members bought more than one ticket during the Class Period then they will receive a settlement certificate for each transaction.
- Proof of Purchase:
- Class Members will receive a settlement certificate even if they do not file a Claim Form as long as Rams Head already has your email or mailing address.
- If Rams Head does not have your email or mailing address, you will need to file a claim form and provide some information about your ticket transaction so that Rams Head can verify that you are a Class Member.
