The Rawlings Power Balance Class Action Lawsuit is currently being settled after the company was accused of using false and misleading advertising to sell Power Balance products such as bracelets, necklaces, and other sports products.
Class members of the Rawlings Power Balance class action settlement include anyone in the U.S. who purchased any of the company’s products between March 1, 2010, and Oct. 11, 2013. To make a valid claim you must submit a claim form with your Power Balance Bracelet or your proof of purchase for another Power Balance product. The settlement guarantees you at least $16.50 for a returned Power Balance Bracelet or $10 for other items plus $2.00 per bracelet for shipping costs.
