cant seem to find “sign up” for birthday/e mail club.
Today I used my royalty card and was told it did not have my free birthday burger on it.
I have never had a problem before. They did give me the burger, but I do not want this to happen again.
I have had my red robin royalty card for over 10 years and have never had a problem before. Please tell me what I need to do to be assured this does not happen next year or anytime in the future.
LAST TIME I WAS AT YOUR RESTAURANT THEY SAID MY CARD WAS NOT WORKING.ALSO THEY COULD NOT RECONISE MY PHONE NUMBERS. I GET EMAILS SENT TO ME ALL THE TIME….. COULD YOU PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM
