Redbox (Redbox Locator) has made it easier than ever to rent movies and games through the use of kiosks (you’ve probably seen these red cubicle structures in front or inside of various stores that allow you to drop off or pick up videos). Redbox has become one of the most popular video/game rental alternatives around today. Of course there are two ways to use Redbox (via Kiosk or online). You can physically go to your nearest kiosk to pick out what’s available or you can go online via their phone app and reserve your favorite title.

How To Use Redbox Kiosk Machine:
- Search for nearby Redbox locations online.
- Visit your local Redbox.
- Browse the movies in the kiosk.
- Select the movie you want to rent.
- Proceed to check out when ready.
- Enter your personal information as needed (credit card required).
- When you’re done, press enter.
- Return your DVDs by 9:00 PM the following day.
Working the kiosk is fairly simple. The kiosk is equipped with a touch screen that allows you to browse through the movies/games until you find the one that you want. Upon making your selection, click the “add to my cart” button. Keep in mind that a few kiosks may limit the amount of movies or games you can rent if you are a first time user.
Once you finished adding all of the movies/games to your cart, click the “check out” button and it will take you to where you can swipe your credit/debit card and enter your email address. This will be where you put in your promo code! It will zero out the balance that you owe and then you will be done! Returning a disc is just as simple. Press the button marked return, put the item in the slot, and wait for the “DVD returned successfully” message to pop up.

- Text PUSH to 727272 you will get a code back redeemable for a free Redbox DVD that you can use at Redbox.com or through their mobile app. This code is valid two weeks from when you requested it. If you’re already a member of the text club, text STOP to 727272 and then try the code again.
- Text MOVIE, MOVIENIGHT, MOVIE TIME, or DEAL to 727272 to receive a unique code that you can use to get a free 1-night DVD rental. The code can also be used for $1.50 off a Blu-ray or game rental. You can use this free Redbox promo code at the kiosk, at Redbox.com, or through the Redbox mobile app. This code expires 7 days after you have received it. Expiration of the offer is unknown.

- Text EMAIL to 727272 for a free 1-day DVD rental and reply back with your email address. The Redbox code will be sent to your email address and it expires two weeks upon receiving the code.
