About Rinse
Founded in 2013, Rinse is an eco-friendly laundry and dry cleaning service. You save water with our high-efficiency machines (20M+ gallons of water have been saved to date), you save electricity (laundry is washed on cold), and you help us permanently remove harmful chemicals from dry cleaning like PERC!
How Rinse Works:
The company picks up and delivers seven days a week, between 8pm and 10pm, even when you’re not home. Here’s how it works:
- Schedule a pickup via text message, Rinse.com or the Rinse app before 5pm for same-day service.
- Rinse carefully inspects your clothes and pockets for stains and for anything that shouldn’t end up in the wash.
- Rinse expertly cleans your clothes according to the service you select.
- Rinse neatly folds or presses and hangs your clothes.
- Rinse delivers your clothes within 3 to 4 business days. Rush delivery is available for a 1 to 2 day turnaround.
The Rinse Guarantee promises to return your clothes to you in great shape. In the rare event that an item goes missing or is damaged during the cleaning process, Rinse will reimburse you up to the full value of the item with a $1,000 maximum per order.
Rinse also offers other services that include Hang Dry, Clothing Donations, Leather Cleaning, and Repairs.
Rinse Plans and Pricing
You can choose between two laundry services: Wash & Fold a la carte, or by monthly subscription:

Dry Cleaning prices vary by item type. Payments can range from from $1 for a napkin to $30 for a comforter, duvet or tablecloth.
