Sign up for the RushCard Prepaid Visa if you’re looking for an alternative to a checking account. Just like any other debit card, you will deposit funds into the card and be able to withdraw money out of ATMs that take Visa cards.
There is no credit check, but you will be charged a one-time fee of $3.95 or $9.95 when you first load money onto the card. You will have to pay a $7.95 monthly fee, unless you set up direct deposit which discounts the monthly fee to $5.95.
