According to the lawsuit, savers has a contractual relationship with the Epilepsy Foundation. To solicit donations for the foundation, Savers allegedly made calls to consumers through their subsidiary Apogee Retail LLC. The Plaintiff Sean Hartranft alleges that Savers’ unsolicited calls violated the TCPA.
