I purchased two Siruis lifetime memberships long before XM merged with Siruis,
I’m from Canada and unable to get any information I can’t open up a claim form to join the law suit ,( the settlement pkg offered is not a good deal for lifetime members)
So as a Canadian I will say since XM merged signal reception is extremely poor, Sirius was far superior , one can only assume a poor satellite feed under XM umbrella .
Well the ‘check’ they sent me ($38.45) is un-depositable/un-cashable. It’s about half size and printed on the back of a postcard. Both of my banks rejected it because of how it was issued.
I was involved in this and received a form in the mail filled it out and mailed it, in early December.
I have yet to receive my 3 months of free service, nor has anyone emailed or contacted me with information on how or when to redeem the benefit. I bought a ford fusion that came with Sirius XM free during the factory warranty, think it was 3 years, regardless, hardly listened to it, I have an iPod and a phone with plenty of my favorite music on them and the vehicle has sync, so you don’t need Sirius. They called me several times once the free service ended, trying to get me to purchase it. LOl, I just laughed and said Sirius fad is done and over with. No one cares about personalized or specialty stations anymore. just through your favorites on a USB mem stick or thumb drives or on your phone or iPod, and you have complete control of what you listen to. Sirius can not compete with that. sorry. So how do we get our free service that is promised for them calling us when we are on do not call list??
