I’m waiting on hold as we speak. I haven’t received my additional $20 cash card either. They did this to me last year and sadly guaranteed it wouldn’t happen again but here we are. Let’s see where this goes. I’m so tired of all the promises that stores make, take your money and hardly ever make good on them.
I purchased a $100 gift card from Soma on Black Friday. They advertised that I would receive the extra promotional $20 cash card via email within 7 days. It has now been 3 weeks with no sign of the promised email. I have called customer service twice and been put on infinite hold. Their customer service chat function has been down ever since I started trying to get this resolved. I sent an email asking that this be fixed and 3 days later received an email telling me to call or use their chat function to report this problem. I am not only concerned that they never intended to fulfill the promotional $20 cash card, but that they are close to going out of business, leaving everyone who bought gift cards as Christmas presents holding the bag. At a minimum, this is awful customer service, and possibly a lot more fraudulent.
I used to buy my intimate wear by visiting the nearest shops, but it is a time taking process. Then my friend recommended online shopping for me. She also suggested the latest coupons. By using a coupon from it, I bought some intimate wears on Soma at an affordable price.
