For individuals who have received a mortgage from Specialized Loan Servicing LLC between January 1, 2011 and October 31, 2018 and were charged for a hazard, flood, flood gap, or wind-only lender placed insurance may receive potential compensation thanks to the Specialized Loan Servicing LPI Class Action Lawsuit!
According to the lawsuit, instead of homeowners directly paying the insurance companies, the lender puts a policy into place, pays the premiums, and charges those premiums to homeowners. Although there is nothing illegal with this, plaintiffs claim that Specialized Loan Servicing accepted illegal kickbacks from insurance companies.
If you’re eligible for this class action lawsuit, be sure to submit your claim form by July 1, 2019.

B of A sold my mortgage to SLS saying I was 9 months behind then SLS claimed I was 5 months behind. I sent SLS in Colorado a copy of my payment history once they received it they said oh we thought you were in foreclosure days later they sold my home. I wasted money in court fighting to get my house back wasn’t working spent over $85,000 in storage, homeless trying to keep my possessions loosing classic cars and broken items.
Why are they able to do this? They are screwing with my loan, what can I do?
I would like to file a claim, please send me a claim form ASAP. You may email it to me.
