Sprint Overtime Class Action Lawsuit

- Who’s Eligible: The Class includes any individual who worked as a non-exempt employee at Sprint retail stores during the following periods:
- At any time from Feb. 28, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2020, in Arizona
- At any time from Feb. 28, 2016, to Dec. 31, 2020, in Colorado, Ohio, or Washington
- At any time from Feb. 28, 2013, to Dec. 31, 2020, in New York
- Those who filed an Opt-In Consent Form to assert federal FLSA claims in the class action lawsuit by Jan. 8, 2021, also will be eligible for compensation.
- Estimated Amount: Varies
- Seventy percent of the net settlement amount will be allocated for the Class Net Settlement Amount, while the remaining 30 percent will be allocated for the FLSA Net Settlement Amount. The money will be distributed as follows:
- 6.6 percent to Class Members in the Putative Arizona Class
- 8.4 percent to Class Members in the Putative Colorado Class
- 58.8 percent to Class Members in the Putative New York Class
- 10.3 percent to Class Members in the Putative Ohio Class
- 15.9 percent to Class Members in the Putative Washington Class
- Seventy percent of the net settlement amount will be allocated for the Class Net Settlement Amount, while the remaining 30 percent will be allocated for the FLSA Net Settlement Amount. The money will be distributed as follows:
