For individuals who were former and existing Terminix customers in Alabama who own a Terminix-serviced property, then you are eligible for a potential award from the Terminix Alabama Price Increase Class Action Lawsuit!
According to the lawsuit, the plaintiffs claimed Terminix charged customers high renewal prices for termite protection and falsely advertised its services. Terminix has reached a $25 million case action settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit.
Existing customers seeking refunds do not have to submit a claim form. The Receiver — a neutral third party acting as an agent of the Court — will compute and send the refund. Whereas, former customers must complete sections 1 and 2 and the Attestation section of the claim form.
The settlement fund will terminate Dec. 1, 2022.
