Truist Bank came into fruition as a result of the merger between SunTrust and BB&T back in 2019. Truist offers a variety of products and services, including personal banking services, small business banking, mortgages and investment products.
BB&T clients and SunTrust clients will have access to services at any Truist branch beginning on Feb. 22. Until then, BB&T clients should use BB&T branches and SunTrust clients should use SunTrust branches, according to Truist’s website.

- Log into your account via Truist’s mobile banking app, which offers many of the same tools you’ll be able to find in the online portal. Plus, you can take advantage of the app’s mobile check deposit feature. The app can run on iOS 13 and later or Android OS 8 and later.
