How to Log In from a Computer
In the upper right of the Union Bank home page, you’ll find the “Sign On” button. Here, you’ll type in your username and click on the “Sign On” button to proceed to a new landing page where you can enter your password.
How To Sign Up for Online Banking
If you haven’t signed up for online banking, you can enroll easily. Instead of entering your username in Union Bank log in page, you’d click “Enroll now” located underneath the user ID. You’ll then be brought to a new landing page where you are given different options for enrollment.
- Choosing the “Debit/ATM PIN” option, you’ll need to provide:
- Last eight digits of your debit/ATM card
- A four-digit debit/ATM card PIN
- The ZIP code associated with the account
- Choosing the“Telephone Banking PIN” option, you’ll need to provide:
- Union Bank account number
- A four-digit telephone banking PIN
- Social Security number
- The ZIP code associated with the account
- Choosing the “I Don’t Have a PIN” option, you’ll click the “Continue” button to be brought to a new landing page for enrollment. Here you’ll need to provide:
- Your account number
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- The ZIP code associated with the account
You’ll need to continue following the instructions provided to complete your enrollment.
How to Log In from a Mobile Phone or Tablet
If you have a Union Bank account, you can access your account easily by downloading the app to both Apple and Android devices. Once downloaded, you can log in like normal. Keep in mind that you will need to enroll for an online banking account prior to this in order to log in.
How to Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password
You can easily recover your log in information through the Union Bank home page by doing the following:
- Click the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link located beneath the “Sign On” button.
- You’ll be taken to a new page, where you’ll select either “Forgot User ID” or “Forgot Password.”
- Whichever one you choose, select the option for personal accounts.
In order to recover either your username and password, use your Union Bank card or telephone banking PIN. Have the following prepared:
- Last eight digits of your Union Bank debit/ATM card
- Four-digit PIN for either your card or telephone banking
- Union Bank account number (if choosing telephone banking PIN)
- Social Security number (if choosing telephone banking PIN)
- The ZIP code associated with the account
If you’re recovering only your password, the difference is you’ll also have to provide your username with the above information.
How To View Your Union Bank Statement Information
To view your Union Bank statement information online, simply follow these instructions:
- Start by logging in to Union Bank Online.
- Visit the “Statements” page.
- After this, you’ll be able to select the statement you wish to view
If you’d like to opt out of paper statements and go entirely electronic, you can do so by following these steps after clicking “Statements” :
- Select “Change statement delivery methods.”
- Choose “Online Statements.”
How to Contact Union Bank with Account Problems
Having issues with your Union Bank account? Contact their banking and technical support number: 800-238-4486. After you dial their number you will need to say “online banking” when prompted. The automated service is open 24/7. Live associates are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific time and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
