Bottom Line:
This is a simple bonus you can do in less then 10 minutes if you wanted to. I recommend using Visa Checkout to purchase a gift card online. Reloading a Starbucks gift card should work, but they have a $10 minimum. If you already have a Visa checkout account, you should just be able to create a new account.
